Lucis

Lucis is a preventive health platform based in Paris that converts routine blood testing into personalised health plans. Its subscription service, priced at €490 per year, targets the European market and is positioned at roughly one-tenth the cost of traditional private longevity clinics.

The Lucis Preventive Health Platform analyses more than 110 blood biomarkers across 11 body systems, among them metabolic health, hormones, cardiovascular risk and inflammation. It combines these results with members' biology, lifestyle and goals to generate personalised action plans, delivered through a private dashboard. Members are tested twice yearly, with comprehensive coverage spanning blood, urine and saliva samples. Analytical work is carried out in partnership with certified laboratories, including Eurofins' network.

The company's technical work spans artificial intelligence, blood biomarker analysis, personalised health analytics and health data security and compliance. Data handling practices are supported by HDS and ISO27001 certification and GDPR compliance.

Lucis was founded by repeat founders Max Berthelot, Max Guerois and Baptiste Debever. The founders cite personal experiences with health misdiagnoses and the absence of proactive care as the motivation for the company, whose stated aim is to make preventive wellness accessible to every European.
