Atira GmbH
Atira GmbH builds an AI orchestration layer between CRM and ERP that automates RFQ handling end to end for industrial manufacturers of complex products.
Atira GmbH builds an AI orchestration layer that sits between CRM and ERP systems at industrial companies selling complex products and services. Founded in November 2024 by Florian Diegruber and August Duumont Schütte, the company commercially launched its platform in 2025 and has raised $17.5m. Its stated aim is to digitise manual industrial sales processes by integrating with the systems manufacturers already use, rather than replacing them.
The platform is a multi-agent system that automates the commercial response process end to end. It screens and structures incoming requests for quotation, assesses feasibility, helps configure solutions from available modules, and generates technical and commercial documentation. The underlying work spans LLM-based document understanding, unstructured document processing and workflow automation, with integrations into existing CRM, ERP and CPQ software. Atira reports that customers see ask-to-bid times shortened by up to 80%.
The company targets industrial manufacturing, in particular configure-to-order and engineer-to-order producers, along with e-mobility, machine tools and machine building, and industrial supplies and services. More than 15 customers have the platform in production.
