AIRS Medical

AIRS Medical, founded in 2018 by medical and engineering leaders from Seoul National University, develops AI and robotics solutions for healthcare. The company's focus is on accelerating medical imaging workflows, particularly in MRI. Its flagship product, SwiftMR™, is an FDA 510(k)-cleared, cloud-based AI software that reduces MRI scan times by up to 50% while maintaining diagnostic quality.

The technology has been deployed across more than 40 countries, with over 350 hospitals and imaging centers in the United States using the system. To date, the platform has processed more than 6 million validated scans. For imaging facilities, the software has demonstrated a 38% increase in patient throughput and an average of $44,000 in additional monthly revenue.

The company has offices in Seoul, Tokyo, Schaumburg, and Munich. AIRS Medical secured $20 million in Series C funding. Its technical work has been recognized through victories in the Facebook AI Research and NYU Langone Health fastMRI Challenges in 2019 and 2020, as well as Technology Innovation Leadership Awards from Frost & Sullivan in 2023 and 2024.
