Sky Spy

Sky Spy is a dual-use defense technology company founded in 2024 that builds signal intelligence solutions for detection and awareness in contested electromagnetic environments. Its work spans SIGINT, electronic warfare, RF hardware design, proprietary filtering algorithms, autonomous drone systems, spectrum detection, classification and localization, and real-time emitter geolocation. The company has roots in Ukraine and maintains presence in the United States, the European Union and Ukraine.

Its principal product, Agent 001, converts small drones into autonomous spectrum hunters capable of detecting, classifying and localizing hostile emitters in real time. The system combines proprietary filtering algorithms with custom RF hardware and weighs just over 500 grams, making it suitable for integration on small unmanned platforms.

The technology has been validated with frontline units, achieving accurate detection of Russian jammers and ground control stations in one of the world's most saturated electromagnetic environments. The team comprises combat veterans and engineers with firsthand frontline combat experience, combining technical expertise with operational experience from active combat zones.

Sky Spy operates with a dual-use orientation, applying defense technology in both military and civilian or commercial contexts, and focuses on problems posed by modern warfare.
