Regenified
Regenified verifies and certifies regenerative practices for farms, ranches, and products worldwide using field visits, lab testing, and its 6-3-4 Verification Standard.
Regenified is a verification and certification company for regenerative agriculture. Founded in 2022 by practitioners with decades of hands-on experience restoring degraded land, it assesses farms, ranches, and products worldwide, aiming to substantiate ecological claims and counter greenwashing across food and consumer-goods supply chains. The company works with agricultural producers, brands, and retailers in agriculture, food and beverage, ranching, and consumer packaged goods.
Its core framework, the 6-3-4 Verification Standard, is structured around six principles of soil health, three rules of adaptive stewardship, and four ecosystem processes. The design is intended to accommodate farms at different starting points while holding them to measurable improvement over time. Verification combines annual field visits with laboratory testing, with more than 65 data points collected per assessment.
The technical work spans soil health assessment, ecosystem process monitoring, field data collection, lab analysis, certification standards development, and supply-chain traceability. Regenified states that it was the first regenerative certifier approved by the USDA's Process Verified Program. Its stated aim is to link farmers, brands, and consumers around verifiable outcomes in soil health, biodiversity, and food-system resilience.
