Praxipal is a Berlin-based healthcare AI company founded in 2024. It builds Luna, an AI-powered receptionist that handles phone communication for medical front desks in Germany, including call answering, appointment booking, answering patient questions and intelligent call routing. The system operates 24/7 and integrates directly with existing practice management systems, without requiring changes to a practice's current phone systems or numbers.

Technically, the product spans AI voice agents, natural language processing, telephony automation and healthcare IT integration, with GDPR compliance and data protection treated as core requirements. The company reports that Luna manages up to 80% of incoming calls autonomously and is used by more than 100 dental and orthodontic practices.
