Dialo
Dialo builds and runs voice AI agents for phone calls across an owned ASR, LLM, TTS and telephony stack, at sub-300ms latency, from Warsaw.
Dialo is a full-stack voice AI platform company based in Warsaw, Poland. It builds and operates voice AI agents that handle inbound and outbound telephone calls end to end, owning the entire stack - automatic speech recognition (ASR), large language models (LLM), text-to-speech (TTS) and telephony infrastructure - rather than assembling third-party components. The systems run at production scale, processing millions of real calls monthly across noisy lines, heavy accents and unpredictable callers, with response times below 300 milliseconds and 99.9% uptime on always-on redundancy.
The engineering work is directed at production robustness in uncontrolled conditions. Agents are trained on noisy production audio and incorporate natural turn-taking and overlap handling, along with dedicated classifier systems for voicemail and IVR detection. Dialo deploys everything in-house on proprietary components built on state-of-the-art open-source foundations and fine-tuned to exceed third-party model quality. The company also publishes OpenTalk, an open-source voice AI infrastructure platform intended to accelerate voice AI adoption across industries.
Compute runs on NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs optimised for AI inference, hosted in Tier 3 and Tier 4 Equinix data centres. Self-hosted and private deployments are offered for compliance and latency reasons, with sensitive data kept inside infrastructure managed entirely in-house; Dialo is pursuing ISO 27001 certification. Customers include banking, insurance, enterprise call centres and financial services firms, where the agents automate support calls, payments and compliance processes, collections and outbound campaigns.
