VICTUS NETWORKS

VICTUS Networks manages shared Radio Access and Transport Networks for Vodafone Greece and Nova, running MORAN network sharing across 2G-5G in Greece since 2014.

VICTUS NETWORKS is a mobile network sharing company founded in 2014 and owned as a 50:50 joint venture by Vodafone Greece and Nova. It manages the Radio Access and Transport Networks of its two shareholders, implementing partial active radio network sharing - MORAN - across rural and selected urban areas of Greece. The company does not face the market itself; it provides services exclusively to its parent operators.

Its engineering scope spans 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G mobile technologies. Technical work covers RAN engineering, transport networks, network deployment, and network operations and maintenance, applied to a shared infrastructure serving two operator brands across the country. The sharing model allows both shareholders to deploy and operate radio network assets jointly while retaining independent core networks and commercial operations.

Work is carried out by teams of telecoms engineers, and the company describes a collaborative environment with an emphasis on career development and technical depth. Headquarters and operations are in Greece.
