TESVOLT AG develops and manufactures battery storage systems for commerce and industry, a business it has built since its founding in 2014. Its solutions range from 10 kWh to 30 MWh and carry product guarantees of up to 15 years. TESVOLT operates what it describes as Europe's first gigafactory for stationary battery storage.

Central to its product line is the Active Battery Optimizer (ABO), a patented, TÜV-certified battery optimisation technology used in combination with Samsung SDI prismatic cells. TESVOLT FORTON is a storage product aimed at energy trading applications; the company states it generates monthly revenues in the four-to-five-figure range for those use cases.
