Founded in 1997, the company integrates multi-source data to model and predict fire behaviour across all risk levels and geographies, drawing on wildfire behaviour modelling, climate modelling, geospatial and topographic analysis, vegetation analysis and simulation modelling. Its platform performs more than one billion wildfire simulations daily and supports the management of over 20,000 fire incidents a year.
The company's origins lie in the view of its founders that traditional fire management approaches were inadequate in the face of climate change.
