meteoviva GmbH is a German technology company that develops AI-powered predictive building control software, designed to bring real estate portfolios towards climate neutrality while maintaining indoor comfort. Its technical work spans machine learning and predictive analytics, energy management software, demand side management and data transparency, applied to the built environment. The product portfolio comprises four solutions: meteoviva climate, a predictive building control system for large buildings; meteoviva one, aimed at smaller properties; meteoviva dsm, a demand side management solution; and meteoviva tmon, a transparency monitoring tool.
