Risk Ledger

Risk Ledger is a network-first third-party risk management platform giving organisations shared visibility into supply chain cyber risk across 19,000+ suppliers.

Risk Ledger is a third-party risk management platform for cybersecurity in the global supply chain, built on a network-first model the company calls Defend-as-One. Founded in 2018 by Haydn Brooks and Daniel Saul and based in London, the company works across technical domains including supply chain security, network-based risk intelligence and AI-powered security tooling, with planned expansion into the United States.

The company's product, the Risk Ledger Platform, replaces repeated security questionnaires with a single standardised assessment that suppliers complete once and maintain in real time across the network. This produces shared risk intelligence and visibility into supply chain exposures, including concentration risks across fourth, fifth and sixth-party suppliers. The network serves over 19,000 organisations, and customers include British Airways, ASOS, BAE Systems and the NHS.

Risk Ledger raised £24 million in a Series B round. Its work spans financial services, insurance, critical national infrastructure, the public sector and technology. The company describes a mission-driven, collaborative approach to security and is investing in AI-powered supply chain security tooling.
