NUNC Capital

NUNC Capital is a private investment firm specialising in defense technologies. Founded in 2013 and based in the Netherlands, it builds, acquires and scales defense companies with the stated aim of strengthening NATO and its allies. The firm describes its approach as operational rather than purely financial: it combines strategic acquisitions, partner licensing and autonomous development to move innovation into fielded capability.

The firm's activity is organised into three strategic pillars. NUNC Ventures covers venture activity within that model; NUNC Platforms supports the creation, delivery and scaling of defense solutions; and NUNC Services contributes to accelerating innovation into operational effect. Technical domains of interest include advanced materials, artificial intelligence, electronic warfare, new energy, quantum technologies and unmanned systems.

NUNC Capital operates across Europe and NATO allied nations, with an emphasis on alliance-wide deterrence, interoperability and adaptability, and takes a long-term view on the creation and fielding of capabilities.
