Lucy Group Ltd is an international group working on the built environment through intelligent power, smart lighting and sustainable homes. The company operates through three interconnected business units: Lucy Electric, which specialises in secondary power distribution solutions; Lucy Controls, which covers intelligent street lighting, electrical safety and smart city management; and Lucy Real Estate, responsible for sustainable property development and investment in Oxfordshire.

Technical work spans secondary power distribution, electrical infrastructure and safety, intelligent street lighting and smart city management, as well as sustainable building and property development. The stated purpose is to improve people's lives with intelligent power, smart lighting and sustainable homes, advancing the built environment while preserving the natural environment, and delivering operational efficiencies to customers.

The group employs over 1,700 people and operates across 12 countries on five continents. It was established in Oxford more than 200 years ago and is headquartered there today.
