Heidi Health builds an AI Care Partner that takes on administrative work for clinicians - clinical documentation, form filling and task management - with the stated aim of halving the time required to deliver patient-first care. The system draws on artificial intelligence, natural language processing and clinical documentation automation, and supports more than 110 languages.

The product operates at scale. In 18 months it returned more than 18 million hours to clinicians and now supports over 2 million patient visits each week across 116 countries. The company has raised nearly $100 million, with investors including Point72, Anthropic and Blackbird.

The team is composed of clinicians, engineers, designers and builders, many of whom have worked in healthcare or experienced paperwork-related burnout firsthand. Its stated working approach is to work fast, ship small and accept failure in pursuit of original products, with an emphasis on getting the product right for clinicians as it expands globally.
