ATB Therapeutics is a biopharmaceutical company based in Belgium developing bifunctional antibody therapeutics for cancer and autoimmune disease. Its proprietary atbiofarm platform enables the single-step manufacturing of novel atbody therapeutics - bifunctional antibodies that combine multiple targeting and killing domains in a single molecule. The company is an EQT portfolio company and an R&D-stage business working toward clinical trials.

The atbody class is described as weaponized bifunctional antibodies designed to deliver increased potency, stability and targeted exposure relative to traditional antibody conjugates, and to evade major mechanisms of cancer cell resistance. The approach is aimed at unmet clinical needs across hematological malignancies, solid tumours and autoimmune disease, the latter through targeting of B lymphocytes.

The atbiofarm platform underpins single-step biomanufacturing of these molecules, with a technical focus spanning antibody engineering, biologics manufacturing and targeted therapeutics. ATB Therapeutics raised a €54m Series A in October 2024, with clinical trial initiation targeted for 2028.
