Synergeticon GmbH

Synergeticon GmbH builds AI solutions for industrial automation, giving robots the environmental awareness, perception and autonomous decision-making required for safe human-robot collaboration. Founded in 2015 by engineers David Küstner and Daniel Erdelmeier out of a project at Lufthansa Technik in Hamburg, the company is based at the ZAL TechCenter, a hub for aerospace innovation in the city.

Its technical work spans computer vision, machine learning, data science, object detection, anomaly detection, predictive maintenance and data anonymization. Three product lines carry this into practice: Predict Engine, a machine-learning system that analyses production data, flags anomalies and generates predictive maintenance plans to maximise facility uptime; a Computer Vision Technology that identifies relevant objects in production environments while anonymising data; and Robotics Solutions, which give machines contextual understanding to enable safe and productive collaboration with human workers.

The company serves customers and partners including Airbus, Lufthansa Technik and Fraunhofer IFAM, working across aviation, aerospace, automotive, logistics, manufacturing and industrial automation. Having operated for roughly a decade, Synergeticon positions itself as an industrial partner for AI, with an explicit focus on bridging human intuition and machine intelligence.
