Stirling Dynamics is an advanced engineering company that supplies high-end engineering products, design, manufacturing and consultancy to the aerospace, aviation, marine and simulation markets. Founded by Dr Bob Stirling, it has more than three decades of experience across five core sectors and works on both civil and military programmes worldwide. The firm has been part of the Expleo Group since its acquisition by Expleo UK in 2018, and operates from Bristol in the UK and Hamburg in Germany.

Its technical work spans systems engineering, aircraft design and modification, landing gear systems, submarine control systems, marine propulsion, flight simulator controls and airworthy equipment design, alongside design approval and certification-related services. Products include manufactured simulator controls for fixed-wing, rotary-wing and type-specific aircraft platforms, airworthy controls and equipment for aircraft platforms, and engineering services covering new aircraft development, aircraft modification, landing gear, marine propulsion and submarine control systems. The company is also active in eVTOL and Advanced Air Mobility.

Stirling Dynamics works with major original equipment manufacturers among them Airbus, Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, BAE Systems, Leonardo and Hyundai and serves industry verticals including aerospace, aviation interiors, marine, training and simulation, advanced air mobility, and defence.
