Resilience Care

Resilience Care builds an interoperable remote patient monitoring platform that captures, structures, and enriches patient-reported data in real time. The system turns everyday health experiences into structured data intended to support more precise care and to accelerate therapeutic innovation, with a focus on making healthcare delivery more patient-centered, personalized, and equitable. The platform comprises three components: the core remote patient monitoring system, a patient-centric app that supports individuals throughout their care journey, and a clinical dashboard that gives healthcare teams actionable insights for timely interventions. Technical work spans health data interoperability, real-time data structuring and enrichment, clinical decision support, patient-reported outcomes, data science and healthcare software engineering. The platform is deployed across more than 170 healthcare institutions, with over 30,000 monitored patients, and more than 20 ongoing clinical studies are validating the approach. Application areas include oncology, gastroenterology and psychiatry. Resilience Care is organised around an interdisciplinary team of engineers, clinicians and data scientists working together.
