LUZA Group

LUZA Group, formerly PTC Group, is a multinational engineering and IT talent and solutions company founded in 2006 and headquartered in Portugal. The firm connects client companies with engineering and IT professionals through two service models: Outsourcing (Talent as a Service), which deploys qualified engineering and IT teams intended to deliver from day one, and Full Service, which carries end-to-end responsibility from planning through execution. Its work is concentrated on Industry 4.0 and digital transformation programmes.

The group employs over 1,200 professionals and operates across 10 countries. Industry verticals served include mobility, aerospace, mining, energy, telecommunications and life sciences. Technical domains span engineering, IT and technology, Industry 4.0, digital transformation and talent outsourcing.

LUZA began as a small family business in Portugal. The name LUZA draws on Portuguese heritage, inspired by “Lusitano”, and is intended to symbolise light, clarity and boldness. The company describes itself as an ecosystem in which engineering and technology converge, states that trust is built through delivery, and positions its teams as working alongside clients to accelerate innovation, performance and results.
