Hexa

Hexa is a multi-stage startup studio founded in 2011 that partners with founders to build B2B software companies from the ground up. Rather than acting as a passive investor, the firm works hand-in-hand with founders through an operating model staffed by more than 30 in-house experts spanning product management, go-to-market, communications, brand, community, finance, legal and talent. Companies launched through the studio operate worldwide and collectively employ more than 2,600 people.

The firm structures its involvement in three stages. Start (0 to 1) covers company formation, pairing founders with a built-in expert team, vetted ideas, a defined methodology and brand support, alongside capital for the first 12 to 18 months. Sprint (1 to 10) supports companies as they scale from early traction to established product-market fit, and Scale (10 to 100) accompanies them through later expansion.

Since 2011 Hexa has launched more than 50 companies with a combined valuation exceeding $5 billion, including three billion-dollar businesses and 12 exits. Its portfolio spans B2B software and SaaS and includes Aircall, Spendesk, Front, Swan, Yousign and Upflow.
