Gateway to Germany

Gateway to Germany is a cross-border recruitment agency founded in 2001 that helps Dutch companies establish themselves in the German market by finding local talent. The firm maintains offices in Utrecht and Düsseldorf and has served hundreds of Dutch businesses over more than two decades of operation.

The company's work spans three areas: recruiting German-based employees for Dutch organisations; guiding clients through the process of German market entry, from the first local hire to the build-out of full teams; and helping firms navigate cultural differences and bureaucratic requirements encountered when expanding into Germany. Its technical focus covers cross-border recruitment, talent acquisition, international market entry advisory and cross-cultural consulting, within the recruitment and staffing, cross-border business expansion and human resources sectors.

Gateway to Germany's consultants are native German speakers, and the firm draws on a cross-border network of connections as well as familiarity with both the Dutch and German markets. It describes its role as a partner throughout the expansion process rather than solely as a recruiter.
