fundcraft, founded in 2021 and headquartered in Luxembourg, provides a cloud-based digital fund operations platform for the alternative asset management industry. The platform centralises investor onboarding, compliance, accounting, portfolio management, risk management, payments, and reporting into a single digital operating system, replacing the fragmented systems and manual processes that have long characterised the sector. It currently supports over €1 billion in fund commitments and subscriptions, with 100+ managed funds and non-fund entities and more than 1,000 facilitated investor subscriptions.

The company combines its proprietary technology with CSSF-licensed AIFM and Central Administration capabilities, offering software-enabled regulated services to clients across venture capital, private equity, fund of funds, and broader financial institutions and platforms. fundcraft was founded by former fund operators and financial technology experts who built the solution they could not find in the market. The company has grown to over 150 employees across three European offices.
