EuroSort B.V. designs and manufactures high-speed automated unit sortation systems for warehouses and distribution centres worldwide. Founded in 2001, the company was established in Amsterdam and is headquartered in 's-Graveland in the Netherlands, with additional operations in Spain and the United States. Its engineering work centres on high-speed automated sortation, warehouse automation and distribution centre automation, with an emphasis on modular, simple and robust system design and on footprints smaller than those of competing technologies. The product range comprises five sorter types: Split Tray Sorters, Push Tray Sorters, Cross Tray Sorters, Push Bar Sorters and Sweeper Sorters. Together these systems handle throughput of up to 40,000 items per hour, depending on the sorter type and the product being sorted. More than 450 sorters have been installed globally, across more than 40 countries. EuroSort's systems serve customers in fashion, postal and parcel, e-commerce, third-party logistics, media distribution and pharmaceuticals. The company positions its engineering approach around achieving higher quality at lower prices than alternative sortation technologies.
