Doxel

Doxel uses computer vision and AI to track construction progress, combining BIM, schedules and 360° reality capture to measure work-in-place for construction teams.

Doxel, founded in 2015, applies computer vision and artificial intelligence to construction progress tracking. Its platform combines BIM and schedule data with reality capture from 360° cameras to measure work-in-place across every trade, system and stage of a project. The company reports deployment within two weeks and no additional engineering work required at setup.

The Doxel Automated Construction Progress Tracking Platform is used to give construction teams a shared factual view of project status. The company reports that projects delivered with it finish on average 11% ahead of schedule, with up to 16% savings on monthly cash flow. Deployment takes up to two weeks.

Doxel reports tracking more than 100 million installations and over 3 billion square feet of construction. Its customers include 18 of the top 30 general contractors by volume, and the company has worked on more than 100 data center projects and over 80 healthcare projects. It has raised $57 million in funding.

The company operates in a construction industry it sizes at $15 trillion, with a focus on data centers, healthcare and general contracting.
