CircuitHub
CircuitHub runs an automated electronics factory using factory-scale robotics and software to provide rapid PCB prototyping and turnkey manufacturing for hardware companies.
CircuitHub, founded in 2011, is an automated electronics factory built around a modern software stack and factory-scale robotics. The company delivers rapid PCB prototyping and turnkey electronics manufacturing for hardware firms, combining automation with supply chain optimisation to compress the time between design files and finished boards. Its primary US location is South Deerfield, Massachusetts, with operations serving customers in the United States and Europe.
Two proprietary systems sit at the core of its offering. The Grid is a web platform on which manufacturers upload PCB design files and receive ready-to-order quotes for turnkey assembly in minutes. PartRank is a proprietary algorithm for supply chain optimisation, applied to sourcing and component selection across orders. Together with robotics-driven production, these tools support rapid prototyping through to volume manufacturing.
Reported scale metrics include more than 1.57 million boards delivered, 87.4 million parts placed, and over 20,000 engineers served. Some 81% of full turnkey orders ship within three days, and the company reports a 10x improvement in throughput. Its work spans verticals including autonomous vehicles, satellites and aerospace, 3D printing, robotics and consumer electronics, with customers such as Tesla, Meta, Formlabs and Zipline. Investors include Y Combinator, Google Ventures and Plural.
