Circonomit builds a semantic modeling platform that links operational data to financial and environmental outcomes, with driver trees, scenario simulation and carbon accounting for industrial firms.
Circonomit is a German software company founded in 2022 that builds what it calls a company brain: a digital control system that links operational data directly to financial and environmental outcomes. The underlying work spans semantic modeling, data integration, driver tree modeling and scenario simulation, with the aim of mapping complex interdependencies across departments rather than replacing the systems that produce the data. The platform integrates with existing tools such as Excel, SAP and DATEV.
Three product elements make up the offering. The semantic modeling platform maps interdependencies and connects operational figures to financial and environmental results. Driver trees link strategic goals to operational KPIs, surfacing cost drivers and tracing plan-versus-actual variances. A modular modeling toolbox allows companies to evaluate consequences and simulate scenarios before implementation, optimising multi-dimensional trade-offs; the stated effect is that decisions which previously took months can be made in minutes.
The company applies the same approach to sustainability and carbon accounting, tracking CO2e and energy consumption alongside financial metrics. Named customers include Bosch, Fibrecoat, Myrenne and Stolz, spanning manufacturing and industrial verticals. Circonomit is headquartered in Aachen, Germany, and has raised seed-stage funding. Its stated aim is to build the strategic twin of organisations, with an integration-first design that works alongside existing tools.
