The company is organised around three business units: Data Centers, Fiber and Real Estate. Data center campuses are developed and operated in Oslo, Kristiansand and Esbjerg.
The Fiber unit delivers dark fiber network infrastructure across the region, while the Real Estate unit handles industrial property development and operations. Ownership is shared between the founder, employees and backer BGO, with the founder and staff holding a significant shareholding. The company has stated an ambition to bring sustainable infrastructure to a global audience.
