blurizon is a consulting firm based in Valbonne, in the Sophia Antipolis technology park in France. It works with companies of all sizes and across all sectors on transformation projects, covering both digital and organizational change. Its stated method combines three dimensions - people, business and organization - and it accompanies clients from the definition of a shared vision through to operational implementation, treating each context as unique rather than applying standardised frameworks. The firm is organised around two poles. Conseil Opérationnel handles transformation steering, change management, agility, PMO, project management and requirements formalization. Talent Management covers talent hunting, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), talent management consulting and training. Work is delivered on a bespoke (sur-mesure) basis, with an emphasis on pragmatic and adapted support. Technical and methodological domains span digital transformation, organizational transformation, change management, agility, project management, PMO, talent management and training.
