ATEXIS is a customer support engineering consultancy serving the aftermarket business. Founded in 2011 as a specialised subsidiary of the ALTEN Group, the firm designs, optimises and runs the operation and maintenance of complex systems throughout their lifecycle. Its stated mission is to make systems more durable and to optimise life cycle costs. The company employs more than 1,000 people across Spain, France and India.

Its technical work spans engineering services, operations and maintenance engineering, lifecycle cost optimisation, training and software development. Industry verticals include aerospace, aircraft, helicopters, marine and shipping, and rail and transportation. Alongside core engineering services, the company provides training adapted to newer technologies and has diversified into software development.
