Aqilea

Aqilea is an IT and engineering consulting firm that provides technology, design and quality-assurance services to clients worldwide. Founded in 2004, the company works across IT consulting, engineering consulting, technology and design, and quality assurance, serving the IT consulting and engineering-services industries. It has no product line of its own; its work is delivered through consulting engagements.

The firm started as a three-person team and has since grown to 70 people. Its headcount spans 15 nationalities, working across offices in Stockholm and Bengaluru, with the company's origins in Australia, where it began at a university. Aqilea has been nominated as a DI Gasell company four years running and holds ISO certification for quality.

The company rebranded from Soltia to Aqilea in June 2024. It describes an emphasis on knowledge sharing, work-life balance and a collaborative culture, and states that technology, design and quality are its central commitments.
