AMMEGA is a global belting solutions group formed in 2018 through the merger of Ammeraal Beltech and Megadyne, with private equity backing from Partners Group. The company designs and supplies advanced and customized conveyor and transmission belts, alongside integrated services, technical support, and digital tools intended to optimise customer operations. Its engineering work spans belting solutions, digital innovation, sustainability engineering and circular economy solutions.

The group operates in over 40 countries through more than 190 facilities, employing roughly 6,000 professionals and serving more than 50 industries, including food processing, logistics, automotive, textiles, warehousing and general manufacturing. Its portfolio comprises 11 brands, among them Megadyne, Ammeraal Beltech, Jason and Green Belting.
